Preventive Maintenance Program
We provide factory recommended service for your parking systems to assure reliable operation. Trained service technicians provide everything you need to reduce unplanned downtime to keep your systems operating at their peak. Highlights include:
- Proven maintenance procedures for expert inspection, cleaning, adjusting and lubricating of your parking system. This includes revenue and access systems
- Pro-active replacement of high-wear parts according to defined maintenance procedures, regardless of condition. Includes bearings, fluid replacement, photo eye reflectors and much more.
- Labor, trip charges and supplies are included for the complete recommended maintenance. Repair parts are additional.
- Additional Services are available at 10% off our published hourly service rate.

Full Service Maintenance Service Plans
ECI’s Full Service Plan includes all of the above plus unlimited emergency service for one year. This assures you of uninterrupted instrument performance. This plan is efficient and cost effective as well. Highlights include:
- All inclusive service including labor, travel, parts and in many cases may include other benefits such as loop replacements if needed.
- Preventative Maintenance services as listed above are included
- Priority onsite scheduling 1 day response time after placing the service request.
